Oqbet Custom Order Policy

This Custom Order Policy applies to personalised, made-to-order, customised, specially designed, or customer-requested products and services.
1. Custom Orders
Custom orders may include personalised products, custom cultural designs, printed items, digital resources, special formats, customised books, made-to-order items, or other products created according to customer instructions.
2. Customer Approval
Customers are responsible for checking all custom details before confirming the order, including:
names;
spelling;
language;
translation;
colours;
size;
format;
quantity;
delivery address;
design details;
custom wording.
Once the customer approves the order, production may begin.
3. Changes After Approval
Changes may not be possible after production has started.
If changes are possible, additional fees or delays may apply.
4. Cancellation
Custom orders may not be cancelled once production, design work, printing, personalisation, or digital preparation has started, unless required by law.
5. Refunds
Custom orders are generally not refundable for change of mind after production has started.
However, this does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If the custom product is faulty, damaged, incorrect due to Oqbet’s error, or significantly different from the agreed description, you may be entitled to a remedy.
6. Customer-Supplied Content
If you provide names, text, images, logos, cultural materials, or other content for a custom order, you confirm that you have the right to use that content.
Oqbet may refuse custom orders that include offensive, unlawful, hateful, misleading, discriminatory, abusive, or inappropriate material.
7. Production Time
Custom order production times vary depending on the product and complexity.
Estimated production time will be provided where possible, but delays may occur due to customer revisions, material availability, or delivery issues.
