This Subscription Policy applies to Oqbet subscriptions, memberships, learning access, community access, digital access plans, premium content, or recurring payment services.
1. Subscription Payments
By purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay the displayed subscription fee according to the selected billing cycle.
Billing may occur weekly, monthly, yearly, or according to the plan shown at checkout.
2. Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.
You are responsible for managing your subscription and cancelling before renewal if you do not want to continue.
3. Access
Subscription access may begin after payment confirmation.
Subscription access may include digital content, learning resources, member-only pages, community features, downloads, or other benefits shown in the selected plan.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel future renewals according to the cancellation method provided on the website, through your account, or by contacting Oqbet.
Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund previous billing periods unless required by law or clearly stated otherwise.
5. Refunds
Subscription fees already charged are generally not refundable for change of mind, unused time, or failure to cancel before renewal.
However, this does not limit rights under Australian Consumer Law. A remedy may be available if the subscription service is defective, unavailable due to our fault, significantly different from its description, or fails applicable consumer guarantees.
6. Changes to Subscription Features
Oqbet may update, improve, add, remove, or modify subscription features.
If a major change materially affects paid access, we will aim to provide reasonable notice.
7. Failed Payments
If a subscription payment fails, access may be paused, suspended, or cancelled until payment is completed.
